Our cuisine is a home style cooking. Our Thai chefs lived and had many years of cooking experience in Thailand.We cook with fresh ingredients each day to ensure our valued customers that every dish tastes it's best.

Because Thailand is bordered by many countries; our cuisine is a blend of Indian, Chinese, and Malaysian influences; as well as many exotic spicies. Each dish is prepared individually when you place your order. Dish names preceded by the  symbol are hot and spicy. Please let your server know how the level of spiciness you would prefer.

Thailand has four distinctive regions

Central Thailand 

Dishes are often a combination of old fashioned Chinese and Indian recipes "Aree's signature stew" is a Thai dish with a chinese influence. It is as common in Thailand as"Steak and potatoes" is in America. Aree's signature stew is a beef stew with bean  sprouts, spinach and a sauce made from fresh galic, cilantro and a hint of cinnamon.

Northern Thailand

One of the most popular dishes is called "Num Prig Ong". It is made with fresh tomatoes,ground chicken, fresh oinons, garlic and chili. Served with steamed cabbage, green beans, fresh cucumbers and onions.

Southern Thailand

The cuisine of southern Thailand is not generally offered in America. This is most likely because it's dishes tend to be exceedingly spicy compared to other regions. The Thai Swan offers one mild dish from this region, Kang Mas Man. It is a delicious blend of yellow curry paste and peanut sauce, cooked in a coconut milk with potatoes, onions and peanuts.

Northeast Thailand

Dishes are know for being "very healthy" recipes. This region traditionally cooks with less oil and less coconut milk than the other regions of Thailand. "Kang pah" is a traditional Thai curry cooked with mixed fresh vegetable, basil,chili and herbs. Although, it is a low calorie dish, it is "Hot and Spicy !! "
